About Metallics and Lusters

I've had many inquiries asking about the Metallic coloring and Glitters. At Ellie's Sweet Treats, we only use FDA Certified products... including our packaging wraps. I feel it's important that any concerns you have, I will be more than happy to answer. I use Country Kitchen, Global Art and Wilton Luster Dust and Edible Glitter (Sugar) I've provided some pictures so you may see what it looks like and yes, many Colors to choose from. The Pineapple Cake below is covered in White Chocolate Fondant using Gold Luster dust mixed with Clear Vanilla Extract to be brushed on for the "Real Gold" Effect.
